Are you interested in extending your stay?

You are welcome to extend your stay at Hideaway at Royalton Blue Waters, at your own expense, subject to availability. The MacArthur incentive package includes one lead traveler and one guest sharing a room for program nights. Any costs associated with extra nights will be the responsibility of the traveler; points cannot be used to cover these additional costs. 

Extension nights at Hideaway at Royalton Blue Waters are $900 per room per night (double occupancy), based on availability, which includes the nightly rate, all-inclusive package, transfer back to the airport for your return flight, and taxes/fees/gratuities. Additional costs for incremental airfare, plus a $25 service fee per person, are not included and will vary based on availability when your registration is received. During registration, choose the extension option and specify the number of extra nights you would like. Travel One will check with the hotel for availability and contact you with the flight options and any additional costs.

Are you interested in bringing an additional adult to share your room?

Hideaway at Royalton Blue Waters is an adults-only property and our contracted room block limits the hotel room occupancy to two adults. If you would like to bring additional guests to the event, you will need to purchase another package. Please contact Travel One to add your name to the waitlist, and you will be contacted after registration closes if there are any rooms available in the contracted block. 

Are you interested in bringing your children on this trip?

Although Hideaway at Royalton Blue Waters is an adults-only property (18+), they have a sister property next door that is family-friendly: Royalton Blue Waters. If you are interested in bringing children on this trip, you would need to stay at Royalton Blue Waters, and you would not have access to any of the amenities, activities, bars and restaurants, MacArthur hospitality desk, etc. that are all located at the Hideaway resort. MacArthur has not contracted rooms at the family-friendly Royalton Blue Waters. If you would like to bring children, add a note during registration and Travel One will make a request on your behalf, which will be based on availability at that time. Travel One will contact you with further details, including additional costs that will be your responsibility.
