Question: Answer: |
Can I bring additional friends or family members? Hideaway at Royalton Blue Waters is an adults-only property; anyone 18 and older is welcome to attend the program. The rooms contracted for the MacArthur incentive allow a maximum of two guests (18+) per room. The resort does not allow additional guests to share your room. Although Hideaway at Royalton Blue Waters is an adults-only property (18+), they have a sister property next door that is family-friendly: Royalton Blue Waters. If you are interested in bringing children on this trip, you would need to stay at Royalton Blue Waters, and you would not have access to any of the amenities, activities, bars and restaurants, MacArthur hospitality desk, etc. that are all located at the Hideaway resort. MacArthur has not contracted rooms at the family-friendly Royalton Blue Waters. If you would like to bring children, add a note during registration and Travel One will make a request on your behalf, which will be based on availability at that time. Travel One will contact you with further details, including additional costs that will be your responsibility. |

Question: Answer: |
Can I extend my stay? You are welcome to extend your stay at Hideaway at Royalton Blue Waters, at your own expense, based on availability. The cost to extend is $900 per room per night, based on double occupancy, and that price includes the nightly rate, all-inclusive package, transfer back to the airport for your return flight, and taxes/fees/gratuities. You will be responsible for any incremental airfare and a $25 service fee per person. If you would like to stay at a different resort, transfers to that resort, back to the airport, additional hotel nights, and all other costs are your responsibility. Travel One can assist with booking airfare for your extended dates; you will be responsible for any incremental fare from program dates and a $25 service fee per person. During the registration process, you can specify your extension requests. All requests are subject to availability and will not be confirmed until payment is received. |

Question: Answer: |
What identification do I need to board my flight? Jamaica is an international destination, so all travelers, regardless of age, are required to have a passport valid for six months past your date of return to the U.S. If you do not have a passport, please apply as soon as possible. If your current passport expires before September 2024, please renew as soon as possible. It can take six-eight weeks (or longer) to get new passports, so we recommend you do this soon. Visit the U.S. Department of State website for more information and to get forms. Passport cards are NOT valid for air travel to Jamaica; you must have a passport book. |

Question: Answer: |
When will I know my flight itinerary? Travel One will be issuing tickets in October and November and will reach out to you via email with your flights. You will have until 3:00 pm Central Time the following business day to respond with questions or changes, otherwise your flights will be ticketed. Any changes after ticketing may result in additional costs. Remember to check your spam or junk folders for these emails. We recommend adding incentives@traveloneinc.com and macarthur@traveloneinc.com to your 'safe senders' list so that you don't miss this email, or any other important travel information. |

Question: Answer: |
Will I have seat assignments on my flights? We will do our best to secure seat assignments based on your requests, however, many carriers hold seats for airport check-in or reserve premium/preferred seating for an extra cost. Early check-in is your best course of action to try to obtain a more desirable seat if one is available at that time. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by airline restrictions. If you are ticketed on a group block of flights, your itinerary may arrive in your inbox without seat assignments listed. Rest assured that the air team is working on assigning seats with the airline, which sometimes does not happen until after ticketing. |

Question: Answer: |
What if my ticket was issued with the wrong name or I need to send someone else in my place? Any change to the name on an airline ticket will be by request only and is subject to the airline's rules and restrictions. If a name change or correction is allowed, you will be responsible for additional costs such as airline administration fees, fare difference of the new ticket cost, and a Travel One service fee. If a name change or correction is not allowed by the airline, you will be responsible for the full cost of a new ticket with the correct/updated name. |

Question: Answer: |
What activities are available in Jamaica? There are a wide range of activities and entertainment available in Jamaica. Travel One and our local partner, JTL, will send all registered participants a link that you can use to book off-site tours. These are the most popular activities in Jamaica, and could be private with only MacArthur guests if there is enough interest. The 7-night MacArthur Incentive travel package includes an optional catamaran sail & snorkel tour. The 4-night program does not include any activities. If you choose to book activities, you will be responsible for covering the cost.
After registration closes, Travel One will send an email with a link to pre-book activities in Jamaica. We recommend booking these in advance to ensure availability as February/March is high season in Jamaica. You can book activities on-site at Hideaway at Royalton Blue Waters, but availability is not guaranteed. |

Question: Answer: |
Is a COVID-19 vaccination or booster shot required for either trip? Currently, vaccination and/or booster shots are not required for entrance to Jamaica, travel back into the United States from an international destination, or for travel within the United States.
